Big Nasty Bikes

The full builders kit will be around 2k, itll include the following :

- Main frame (1.25" .095 wall seamless DOM tubing, same for swingarm)

- New frame design will fit small block, big block, v twin, other custom engine mounting possible with plenty of room

- Swingarm (Fits up to a 13" wide tire)

- Forks (50mm inverted for the production kits, quite a bit better than the old atc forks i used)

- Triple clamps (a little wider to fit a 10" wide front tire if you want)

- Kickstand

- Front and rear hydraulic brakes (Master cylinders, hoses, calipers)

- Pegs

- Rear shock(ohlins 360mm)

- All bearings and hardware, spacers, lock collars etc

- Bar mounts

- Jackshaft- Rear sprocket and jackshaft sprockets (2:1 for less chain speed and also allows for a smaller rear sprocket for more ground clearance, and easy gear ratio changes)

- Front and rear axles- Front and rear Rotors

- Fender Mounts (Setup for ATC pattern front fenders on both front and rear 200x, 250r, 350x etc)

- Seat

- Front and rear hubs (Setup for 4x4" 2+5 offset golf cart wheels with up to a 28" tire, different widths/offsets possible if you adjust the brake caliper spacing)

You'll need to provide engine, bars, wheels, tank and fenders. The final kits will be slightly different in the mid section design to be able to fit V twins like predator and honda and also add a little more room incase someone wants to put a dirtbike engine or something in. Im currently waiting on all the custom plasma cut parts so i can make some videos on the production kit.
