Lil Nasty Full Chassis Kit

 This is quite possibly the baddest "minibike" frame ever made. From the superior .095 DOM tubing construction, to the suspension geometry of modern MX bikes and dual hydraulic discs, 9 way adjustable peg placement, adjustable ride height / shock placement,  Ive cut no corners on these.

Main frame (1.25" .095 wall seamless DOM tubing, same for swingarm)

- Engine plate will fit small block, big block, vanguard twin, other custom engine mounting possible with plenty of room.

- Laser cut AR400 Steel Modular Swingarm (Fits up to a 12" wide tire), will fit up to a 20 rear tire and 23 front 

-  Taida Pro 48mm inverted forks guards and hardware. Custom colors available, black is standard 

- Custom Fabricated 6061 Aluminum Triple clamps

- Kickstand

- Front and rear hydraulic brakes (Master cylinders, hoses, calipers) 

- Pegs

- Rear shock (KYB 300mm)

- All bearings and hardware, spacers, lock collars etc

- Bar mounts

- Frame Integrated Jackshaft- Rear sprocket and jackshaft sprockets (1.5:1 for less chain speed and also allows for a smaller rear sprocket for more ground clearance, and easy gear ratio changes)

- Front and rear axles- Front and rear Rotors

- All handlebar controls (throttle, kill switch, brake levers)

- Fender Mounts (Setup for ATC pattern front fenders on both front and rear 200x, 250r, 350x etc)

- Seat (custom wrapped seats will be availible as well, custom double stitch lime green pictured)

- 1.5 Gallon Steel Fuel Tank

-Front and rear custom built floating hubs (Setup for 4x4" 3+4 offset golf cart style wheels

Overall to make a complete bike you will need your engine, and fenders/wheels of your choice.
